Hello, my name is Heather Hernandez Enciso (pronouns: she/her), and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about demystifying mental health stigma by educating and empowering individuals. I utilize a strengths-based approach and help clients process how the intersectionality of one’s identity impacts them. I have over 10 years of experience in mental health, from working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital to providing outpatient community mental health. Additionally, I’ve worked with patients as an emergency department medical social worker and specialize in LGBTIQ+-affirming therapeutic services.
