At times in life we may find our past coping skills no longer meet our current needs & learning new skills is necessary. Counseling is a place do just that. You will be provided with support to empower you to move in the direction of the life you desire. I partner with individual adults, teens, & children, as well as families & couples to explore their unique life experiences that have brought each enter into counseling. I focus on relationship and communication skills, especially in times of transition. Appts same week & on Saturdays. Marriage & Family Therapy certified; a Trauma Informed Therapist; EMDR Certified; Adoption Competent Therapist; IEP & 504 support; ADHD Coach, RedLine Rescue provider for firefighters & families; mental health consultant for New Horizons Service Dogs. Scooby is a therapy dog who joins me at times. RYT 200.
