••Accepting new clients•• I am a certified EMDR therapist who works with individuals navigating the effects of trauma, attachment wounds, and patterns shaped by early or relational experiences. Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, shame, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in cycles that no longer align with who they want to be. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, with a strong emphasis on parts-based work to help clients understand their inner world with compassion and curiosity rather than judgment.
