What an honor to work with youth and adults to bring insight, healing and transformation of suffering/barriers to strength, motivation and growth. I bring creativity, humor, deep caring, authenticity and over 20 years experience working with children, teenagers, families and adults in a variety of settings. Somatic awareness, psychoeducation, mindfulness, evidence based modalities, energy work, sound therapy and shadow work are some of my tools. My ideal client wants to engage in the healing journey, unique to each person. In addition, I have a passion for working with youth, teens and families.
