I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based methods. I incorporate psychoeducation, and solution-focused approaches that build on your strengths, and cognitive strategies to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and young adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and significant life changes, including divorce. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I also offer the option of incorporating my therapy dog into sessions upon request. His gentle, calming presence can enhance comfort, reduce stress, and support the healing process.
