Welcome to Embodied Hope Therapy & Wellness! Therapy with me is deeply relational. I will never push or rush you. We move at your pace, always with an emphasis on safety, choice, & respect for your nervous system. Healing happens in the slowing down of life. Because stress & trauma are not just cognitive, but are embodied (are lived experiences in the body) healing is also embodied. I often include gentle, body-aware practices to help you feel more grounded, regulated, & connected to yourself. Therapy with me is more than just talk therapy. We can even meet outside at a safe spot in nature, or for walk-&-talk therapy on a trail.
