My ideal clients are children, teens, young adults, and parents navigating postpartum and perinatal challenges. They may be struggling with attention, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, or the impacts of early life stress or trauma. My goal is to help clients and families feel understood, supported, and empowered to build resilience, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills.
