Sometimes people seek therapy because of painful situations, or they're unclear about which path to take. Sometimes they're trying to overcome the effects of a difficult childhood. And sometimes they have a more biological problem - ADD, depression, mood swings - and want to lead a rich and satisfying life despite these problems. I will help you to figure out the source of your problems, and find solutions. For twenty-four years I've worked with a wide range of patients with a variety of issues. I've taught Psychology at Smith College, and graduate students and candidates at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center.
