I am passionate about my role as a helper and the partnership that is created when I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors on their journeys toward wellness. Typical goals that I help my clients achieve are: Moving forward after traumatic events. Creating a mindful, purposeful way of facing life's challenges such divorce, infertility, and grief /loss. Developing skills to cope with symptoms of depression or anxiety. Staying present during the transition to becoming a new parent, tackling a new career, or moving toward retirement.
