I view psychotherapy as a deeply personal process, one that is transformative. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help; finding the right therapist is crucial to your success. To achieve success, one must be supported by people they trust, find their life’s purpose, access suppressed passions, and appreciate the wisdom that can only be informed through past failures. Trust, respect, acceptance, mutuality, and empathy are foundational. My role is to assist you develop greater insight and self-awareness, feel heard, validated, and witnessed so that you can be your most authentic self.
