I help people going through adjustments, with codependency, and assist parents seeking guidance in communication with their children/partners. Using your strengths and innate qualities, we will work to cultivate a stronger sense of self as well as new habits and coping mechanisms that promote your overall wellness. I received extensive training with families and have decades of experience helping people with challenging relationships. I specialize in treating patients with anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting, and relational problems. I offer tools and practical strategies that are tailored to the patients' desires for their vision of happiness.
