I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois who helps people who are struggling emotionally, socially, and relationally. Everyone goes through challenges and conflicts in life and it can be frustrating to know when and where to get help. I can help with those struggles so that you can create real and lasting change. My approach with my clients is thoughtfully direct and relational. I have been in practice since 1995 and have experience helping with anxiety, depression, divorce, self-esteem, relational issues, transitional developmental issues, parent-child issues, behavior issues, and academic issues.
