My ideal clients are individuals seeking depth-oriented psychotherapy—whether they are beginning therapy, returning after prior work, or feeling stuck despite insight and effort. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related patterns, relational difficulties, or periods of transition. Some are looking for a space to explore emotional material more fully, while others are seeking renewed clarity, emotional access, and momentum in their therapeutic work.
