About
Welcome! I help teens and adults with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, stress management and life transitions. "Over-thinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, feeling exhausted, out of control, stuck or disconnected" are some ways my clients describe their difficulties. These issues may be eating/body-related and/or may impact areas such as friendships and relationships, school/work functioning or low self-esteem. A common goal is to bring balance and flexibility back into behaviors and thoughts, in turn, freeing up valuable mental space, time and energy that can then be directed towards meaningful life values. My clients can expect to gain clarity around their emotional responses, how certain behavioral and thought patterns serve them (or not), and how to establish new ways of engaging with themselves and others. Eating disorder clients can expect to have a partner in their recovery, working on becoming more flexible and comfortable with food and their bodies.
