I provide Integrative Relationship and Sex Therapy, combining evidence-based psychological approaches such as EFT and CBT with somatic and holistic techniques to support individuals and couples in deepening intimacy, improving communication, and addressing concerns such as desire discrepancies, sexual dysfunction, and relational conflicts. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive, creating a safe space for exploration and healing. I help clients cultivate fulfilling relationships and embodied sexual wellness. With over 20 years of experience in counseling, I've learned that the most powerful healing tool is the connection between people.
