As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and AASECT certified Sex Therapist, I work with adults and couples exploring Ethical Non-Monogamy, Poly, Kink, BDSM, and Power-Exchange Dynamics. I also support folks healing from sexual shame and relational disconnection. Our work will be collaborative and nonjudgmental, grounded in lived experience, and centered around your values. You’ll get affirming, sex-positive care rooted in real-life insight. I also offer Gottman Couple's Therapy with practical strategies for improving connection, communication, conflict resolution, and trust repair. I work with a wide variety of sexual concerns including mismatched desire, medical or age related sexual changes, sexual traumas, sex-negative messages, and improving sexual communication and sexual connections.
