Does it sometimes feel like nothing you do is ever enough? Or do you find yourself wondering how much more you can take before the sense of overwhelm actually overwhelms you? These are the issues that high functioning, over-achievers often grapple with and which often reflect uncomfortable levels of anxiety, burnout, and sometimes depression. I enjoy working with high-functioning individuals to help them understand the patterns that keep them stuck, reduce the constant sense of pressure, and build more sustainable ways of relating to their work, relationships, and themselves.
