My ideal therapy client is someone who feels stuck and held back by past experiences, beliefs, or societal expectations. They may struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or unfulfilling relationships and seek a change that feels authentic to them. They want to live consciously, align their actions with their true desires, and are ready to take that first step toward self-discovery. They’ve been told who they “should” be but yearn to break free from those constraints and become who they want to be. They desire quick, tangible relief and progress and are open to the idea that therapy can be a transformative, efficient, & empowering process
