I strive to create an environment that is safe for all people to share their hurts and wounds, grow, and experience deeper connection in relationships. I work with clients to help increase self-awareness, process systemic shame, develop more effective tools and coping skills, experience themselves in new ways, and create a healthier family system and relationship patterns. I work with children, adults, couples, and families. I use a variety of treatments including play therapy, family systems work, and trauma work. I am trained in EMDR II and am in training to be a CPTT (Certified Partner Trauma Therapist). My work focuses on helping clients heal from trauma and other adverse life experiences.
