Professionally, I love to support and encourage my clients to be the best they can be. At times, we may need a little nudge or helping hand to achieve something we have never dreamed possible. Working with clients to reach their highest potential brings me much joy. My vast experience as a therapist spans nearly 30 years working directly with women, children, and families who have experienced trauma, grief, loss, and interruptions in daily life. I offer a holistic, strength-based approach to heal from the past in order to flourish in the present. I have vast clinical experience in health and wellness, maternal mental health, treating grief and loss and clinical research in substance use disorders. I also have supervised clinical social work interns for over fifteen years.
