I am the owner of Calm Mind Counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, adults, and families. Knowing the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy, my main priority is creating a safe space for you as the client. My experience began in a school setting, where I worked closely with kids and their families. I went on to gain further experience working in residential settings with at risk youth, as well as residential and partial hospitalization programming for eating disorders. I am highly skilled in trauma focused work, including EMDR therapy, as well as CBT and DBT.
