Hello! I'm Heather Young and my goal is to make therapy approachable and collaborative, helping you discover new skills, strengths, and perspectives in a safe, welcoming space. For nearly 20 years, I have been providing compassionate and skilled mental health support to my clients, walking alongside them through some of the hardest parts of their journey. Specializing in trauma counseling, adolescent and family counseling, and suicide prevention, I have helped individuals and families navigate through challenging life circumstances with empathy and expertise.
