If you’re struggling with the weight of past trauma, you’re not alone—and healing is possible. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex emotions and challenges that rise from traumatic experience with a compassionate, evidence based approach. I work closely with each client to create a safe and supportive environment where healing can happen. Together we can work toward a future free from the shadows of the past. In addition to trauma work, I also have experience working with the many challenges that can arise from living with a disability, including, self advocacy, identity formation, and social challenges.
