Growing, changing or healing starts with becoming more aware of our deeper feelings and beliefs. Many of us need support learning how to gently uncover and be with what lies just beneath the doing, achieving or surviving of our daily lives. I offer a space for developing a therapeutic relationship that will help you uncover and resolve the issues that leave you feeling stuck or unhappy. Through my own spiritual practice and experience as a therapist, I have developed a compassionate, warm and non-judgmental way of working with individuals seeking to make changes.
