The physical, emotional and spiritual changes that we experience are complex; you do not have to go through them alone. I strive to create a space for you to feel seen and heard, where authenticity is welcomed and explored, and you have opportunities to rediscover your inner strength and wisdom. Our journey together will include developing a strong therapeutic connection, deepening somatic awareness and utilizing trauma informed practices, such as EMDR.
