As we go through life people and experiences leave their imprint on us. Some experiences and people leave us with positive feelings, others might not. Stress happens. Anxiety happens. Depression happens. Change happens. Family, work, school and relationships can leave us feeling depleted emotionally and drained. Asking for help is not always easy. Where to find that help might be even harder. I am here to listen.
