I enjoy helping people learn how to help themselves. We all struggle, some more than others, and we all need to reach out to someone for support from time to time. My clients bring forth any number of issues, from depression, anxiety, and mood problems to relationship problems to coping with being a member of a marginalized community (the LGBT community has a special place in my heart). My sincere interest is in helping my clients to achieve a balanced life with a sense of being happy and whole.
