I want to help facilitate you finding new paths to establishing peace and mental clarity. My experience is in helping clients with mood disorders, addictions, and trauma find freedom and light as they move forward in life. I teach people how to view past experiences from a productive lens and begin to use behaviors that are in line with who they wish to be.
