I understand how destabilizing it can feel when life doesn’t unfold the way you expected. When what you envisioned no longer aligns with your reality, it can bring grief, uncertainty, and a deep sense of disorientation. I support women navigating fertility challenges, grief and loss, chronic health concerns, reproductive trauma, and other difficult and unexpected life transitions. I am a Certified Perinatal Therapist with specialized training in grief and reproductive mental health. My integrative approach includes client-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, Existential Therapy, and EMDR.
