I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for you to explore and identify the areas of your life that aren’t serving you, cycles you would like to break, and the aspects that you would like to change. It is my honor to walk alongside you on the journey ahead, as we work together to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools you need to successfully navigate your life's challenges. I take a person-centered approach, combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy, as well as elements of narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy. While I am new to the counseling profession, I also have 43 years of life experience. I have been an active duty military spouse for 19 years. I'm a mother of three, ages 15, 11, and 8. My life has given me countless opportunities to walk with others through their challenges. It is always an honor.
