I see people as doing the best they can with the tools and experiences they’ve had—and I truly believe that healing and growth are always possible. Many of the struggles we carry were once wise, adaptive ways of surviving and coping. When we meet those parts of ourselves with compassion and curiosity, new possibilities for healing naturally unfold.
