I have been working in the mental health field for 16 years. My goal is to create a safe place for client's to work through interpersonal, family, or relationship challenges. I work from the perspective that you are the expert in your life and my role is to foster an emotional compass in navigating personal struggles. I specialize in complex trauma and developing affect regulation. What we know today is that one's ability to regulate our moods, emotions, and behaviors is key in life-long success and our quality of life. I believe that compassion and empathy are vital in facilitating change and helping one become their best self.
