About

Throughout her diverse career, Heather has provided care to individuals and groups of all ages. In addition to her clinical licensure, Heather maintains a K–8 teaching certification as well as certification as a School Social Worker. Prior to working at LifeStance, Heather demonstrated success working in school settings with children and adolescents. She has also served as the Clinical Director of a local Adult Partial Day Program. Clinically, Heather practices from an eclectic, client-centered treatment philosophy which integrates Cognitive Therapy with a range of evidence-based psychotherapy approaches.
