My ideal client is between the ages of 3-12 and their families. I focus on the use of child centered play therapy which is beneficial in meeting goals for children with anxiety,depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, divorce, trauma, social skills, healthy communication and relationships. I have over 12 years of experience working with children and families. I have been a Registered Play Therapist for the last 5 years and I continue to be amazed by the power of play every day! I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed care. I offer face to face sessions that vary from 40-60 minutes.
