Seaside Healing LLC offers therapeutic services to adolescents and adults, regardless of gender, who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, grief, PTSD, depression, difficulties adjusting to life changes, and attention deficit/hyperactivity. I also work with people who are interested in maintaining their mental health or seeking therapy as a preventative measure. I provide individualized care through both individual and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I approach every session with empathy and respect, ensuring that clients feel heard, valued, and supported. My goal is not only to help clients manage their challenges but to empower them with the tools, strategies, and confidence to face them head-on.
