If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not broken, you’ve been surviving. Many people come to therapy after carrying pain and responsibility for far too long. I work with adults and young adults navigating trauma, addiction and recovery, shame, self-esteem challenges, anxiety, depression, family separation or divorce, incarceration experiences, and major life transitions. Therapy is a place to reclaim your voice, recognize your resilience, and reconnect with your values and purpose. Together, we focus on building clarity, self-trust, and the confidence to create meaningful change.
