I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, helping you draw on the skills and qualities you already have to navigate life’s challenges. I also have specialized training in evidenced based trauma treatments, including EMDR and IFS. Above all, I believe everyone deserves excellent and genuine care—delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion.
