My goal as a counselor is to assist and help a person navigate the difficult times that come up in daily life. I enjoy working with adults, and couples and I have experience working with a wide range of issues including relationship issues, substance abuse, depression and anxiety. I feel that therapy is a team effort between the client and the therapist and with help and understanding any person can be successful in therapy.
