Hello and Welcome! You have taken a courageous step toward taking charge of your life and your well being! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a specialty in working with clients who are experiencing trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and issues with self esteem. I approach therapy with a strengths based perspective. My role as your therapist is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment that is conducive in working toward your goals. I work with clients of all ages, but specialize in female adolescents, young adults, and middle aged adults. I offer individual therapy primarily.
