Life can be overwhelming sometimes, but you don’t have to navigate your healing journey alone! While making yourself vulnerable may seem scary, it is also one of the strongest indicators of courage. When faced with overwhelming emotions, it can feel comfortable to avoid those feelings; however, comfort and courage cannot exist at the same time. I have specialized experience as an Autism Disorder Clinical Specialist and have a passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum. I am also specialized as a Certified Sex Informed Therapy Professional and utilize this certification to assist couples in navigating unique challenges centered around sexual issues.
