If you are struggling with trauma, grief, or balance, let's work together to find you some relief. My goal is to help you make meaningful changes that last. Treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic, narrative, feminist, and somatic therapy. My practice is culturally conscious and inclusive of all humans.
