As a therapist, I work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey. My passion is helping individuals rebuild their lives and relationships by over coming struggles in life. I have been in the field for over 25 years, working with substance use and mental health disorders. I have worked with adolescents, women, children and men in a variety of settings. After a few years of working within the school setting, I redirected my focus back to specializing my passion of helping others within the clinical setting.
