I work with clients addressing issues such as: anxiety, depression, parenting stressors, post-partum support, identity development, stress management, and relationship concerns. By developing a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationships I believe that we can find greater meaning in our lives. I specialize in providing individual counseling for adults. I utilize polyvagal informed therapy techniques to address your current stressors, aid in nervous system regulation, and improve your overall well-being.
