I specialize in working with children (9 or older), adolescents, young adults, adults, and families dealing with: anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, LGBTQ, and life stressors. I also have a particular interest in working with individuals with OCD using EXPR and couples using the Gottman Method. I use a variety of evidence-based practices to assist each person I work with based on your individual needs. I am here to be your guide and assist you in building coping skills, improving self-awareness, and building greater insight into various life situations.
