I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and have worked in may different settings. Throughout my career, I have worked inpatient, outpatient including intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, and now private practice, with many different types of people. Today, the world has started to be a slightly more difficult place to navigate and we feel like there are a lot of things out of our control, but we can control what we do to better ourselves.
