About

I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating challenges such as mood disorders, psychosis, anxiety, and life transitions. Before joining MH², I worked as a hospital social worker on an inpatient psychiatric unit, and most recently as a clinician at a therapeutic day school for adolescents. These experiences allow me to bring both compassion and a wide clinical perspective to my work. I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive space where you can feel both understood and empowered.
