I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) with over 13 years of experience providing empirically-supported, high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, trauma, family conflict, and more. In sessions, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), parent management training (PMT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and prolonged exposure therapy (PET).
