If you want to make meaningful changes in your life and aren't sure where to begin, let's work together to figure it out! I work with people who have OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am neurodiverse affirming and have experience with folks with ADHD and the gifted population. I also work with people who are experiencing transitions across the lifespan including faith transitions and empty nesting. I love working with clients of all ages and genders.
