Counseling is a second career for me. With over 10 years as a Human Resources Director, I managed workplace and career optimization issues. While in that career, I obtained my own training and certification as a success coach in personal finance, goal setting/attainment, and natural health. Understanding of eating disorders came about through years of both lived experience and as a single parent. There is also a family history of addiction challenges, and my five years of internship and post-grad work experience was focused there.
