I have over 17 years of experience in treating children and adolescents through an attachment and relational parent-child lens. I incorporate parenting support into each session in order to best support both you and your child. Much of my therapy with children also includes family therapy as I view parents and families as an integral part of treatment. When working with adults, the work tends to be longer term. I use an attachment and values based lens to get to the core of what my clients are struggling with in order to create new, healthier patterns.
